The craft of tattoo has been practiced by humanity for millennia. I see tattoos as amulets and talismans: symbols that amplify and protect their wearer. The process of tattooing is one of transformation; this shift is not limited to the physical body. In practicing this ritual we tap into a deeply human experience that connects us to our ancestors and to one another.

When made with clear intentions, these lasting adornments empower their wearer. This power comes from the physical, mental and spiritual energy dedicated to the experience and tattoo from all parties. In achieving this, communication and trust are paramount. I aim to create a space where people feel seen and safe to express themselves while also honoring my own integrity and self expression.

I began tattooing in 2013 and since have gone through many major shifts in the way I approach tattooing both stylistically and intentionally. Exploration and deepening my understanding of the craft continues to guide the perpetual shifting of my creative process. I favor legible, graphic shapes and compositions that match the body of a person with my understanding and interpretation of the contents and themes of the tattoo.

I am most inspired when working with subjects found in mythology, esoteric practices and our natural world. As a whole I strive to work with archetypal imagery which remains universal and timeless.
