The eclectic art from all around the world, giant masks, esoteric oddities, statues and antiquities that adorn the walls and display cases contribute to one feeling as if they’ve entered a Buddhist temple / Art museum.
Leviticus hosts an art gallery exhibiting new paintings, prints and other artwork that change frequently to keep things interesting.
The Japanese Koi pond that graces the lobby and flows into the tattoo area is the favorite feature for many of our visitors. It is a soothing distraction to have so many beautiful things to look at while waiting or while getting tattooed.
Within this historic environment we always practice state of the art sterilization and one time use tattoo and piercing supplies for our clients. All of our equipment is proficiently maintained and tested by an outside laboratory on a monthly basis.
We take pride in our shop, however that pride does not translate into arrogance. This can be seen in all that we do. We welcome and accept all kinds of people.The peaceful, creative, laid back environment provided by Leviticus can only be truly experienced in person.
Leviticus is an artist owned, all custom tattoo studio located in the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis.
Tattoos done at Leviticus are hand drawn for each client, ensuring that your tattoo is the only one like it and just what you wanted. We have the largest reference library in the state and will do our best to help you come up with the tattoo that suits you perfectly!
Tattoo appointments are available throughout the week and require a consultation and deposit. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins during all of our business hours and reserve a couple artists on Fridays and all artists on Saturdays exclusively for walk-ins. Please call us to double check for availability. Consultations are always available on a walk-in basis.
Body piercing is available at Leviticus during all business hours on a walk-in first come first serve basis. Our jewelry selection grows all the time, so stop by to check it out. We have one of the largest selections of body jewelry in the state.
We also offer Laser tattoo removal, to lighten an existing tattoo for a better cover-up, or to get rid of something you no longer want. Appointments for Laser tattoo removal are available throughout the week. We also take walk-ins as much as time permits. Stop in anytime for a free consultation which can include a couple test spots if desired, and a per-session estimate.
Leviticus takes payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash.
