The more detailed information you provide, the easier the consultation process is virtually. Once we have gathered all of the necessary information we will provide booking instructions to schedule an appointment online or over the phone.
For larger, more involved pieces we may start with an in person consultation with your artist. Some smaller pieces may require a consultation as well. The more images and details you are able to provide in your consultation form, the more informed your artist is going into your consultation.
Factors that influence pricing include the size, design, placement, and level of detail. We provide a price range when booking to accommodate for minor adjustments. The exact price is determined at the end of your scheduled tattoo appointment.
For larger projects, our artists charge around $200 hourly.
We ask that this support person is quiet, respectful and stays seated during the session. We also ask they understand they are supporting the person getting tattooed, not come in to go over their tattoo ideas with the artist. Inform your guest that they must refrain from taking phone calls in the tattoo area.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you must call at least 48 hours before your appointment during business hours. The more notice the better so we can fill your time slot.
If you are over 30 minutes late to your scheduled tattoo appointment, your deposit will be forfeit to the artist for lost time and you will need a new deposit to reschedule.
You must present a valid, government issued ID for every tattoo appointment. If you do not bring an ID or it is expired, your deposit will be forfeit to your artist for lost time. You will need a new deposit to reschedule.
If your budget for a project changes, we need at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment as we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.
If your idea for your scheduled appointment changes, you must contact the studio over 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and speak to a staff member directly as we may need to adjust your appointment based on those changes.
You may reschedule your tattoo appointment up to 3 times with the same deposit. If you must reschedule a 4th time, a new deposit will be required to reschedule and your initial deposit will be forfeit to your artist.
Consultation deposits ensure clients show up for their scheduled appointment. While uncommon, If the client and artist are not on the same page after the consultation, the consultation deposit can be refunded. If the client cancels at least 48 hours prior to the consultation appointment, during business hours the deposit is refundable. After the consultation, this deposit is often made part of the tattoo deposit and becomes non-refundable.
Be mindful of scams. Our artists will never contact you directly for deposits and we do not work through Venmo, CashApp or any other payment app.
These policies help protect our artists’ time. For a tattooer, a late cancelled appointment equates to an artist showing up for work but not getting compensation for the day.
If your deposit is forfeit or applied prior to finishing a multiple-session tattoo, another deposit will be required to book future appointments.
If a client does not call or show up for an appointment, the deposit amount is doubled to book future appointments.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times with over 48 hours notice. If you must reschedule a 4th time, a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment again.
Tattoo deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your tattoo appointment over 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and time, you’re deposit will stay on file indefinitely but is non-refundable.
This allows your artist to focus on one piece at a time rather than being in the middle of multiple projects.
The artist uses your consultation form to make a design that will age well and looks aesthetically pleasing. They will have one design ready for your appointment with extra time scheduled to make any modifications prior to tattooing.
If you have adjustments to your initial consultation, you must contact the studio over 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as this may affect your appointment length.
Make sure your ID is valid. Renewal papers are not a stand alone ID and must be accompanied by an expired or voided form of ID.
If you arrive to your scheduled appointment without a valid ID, we will not be able to tattoo you and your deposit will be forfeit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule for a later date.
Appointment availability depends on the amount of time needed and the artist best suited for your tattoo. If you’re looking to do a walk-in on a weekday, call the studio and we will do our best to accommodate you depending on our artists’ schedules.
